POSTION SUMMARY :

To enter customer orders as well as handle customer calls and requests in an appropriate and timely manner

Qualifications Required :

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Enter orders based on faxes, emails and telephone calls
  • Provide written and verbal quotes to customers
  • Respond to customer requests for information and documents
  • Direct phone calls as needed (main line, etc.)
  • Resolve customer issues

  • One to three years related experience and/or training in the field.
